Toledo Public Library asks, “What do we need to know about the new recycling guidelines?”

Is it a #1, a #2?  Can I recycle cereal boxes? What about my yogurt containers? On Saturday, April 21 at 5 pm the Toledo Public Library will be offering the community an opportunity to learn about the newest recycling guidelines.  We also plan a special screening of Plastic China, the provocative film that brings you face to face with our recycling crisis.  This film is a guaranteed to bring a new awareness of the depth and seriousness of the problem.  Participants are also encouraged to bring any tips they have for reducing the use of unrecyclable packaging

If you have questions, please contact Deborah Trusty, Library Director at 541-336-3132 or librarydirector@cityoftoledo.org.
