Oregon’s rocky shore habitats are some of the most recognizable and dynamic ecosys-
tems along the coast, and managing these special areas can be challenging. Oregon’s Ter-
ritorial Sea Plan is the state’s framework for managing coastal resources and the section

on rocky shore management is currently being updated. Join Rocky Shore Coordinator,
Deanna Caracciolo, for a discussion on the management strategy and how to get involved
in the update. Visit www.OregonOcean.info/RockyShores for more information on this work.
